The clients had walked past a vacant block overlooking the beautiful Moreton Bay many times and had thought what a wonderful spot for their dream home. They were fortunate enough to eventually purchase it and as they were living overseas they needed an experienced and knowledgeable builder to create their new family home in an established area. They contracted Peter and were extremely happy with the result. The master bedroom, kitchen and living area all have magnificent views of the bay. The four other bedrooms are of a great size and have lots of light due to the high ceilings throughout the home.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]
This project was designed and managed whilst the owners resided overseas. Some may consider this a daunting prospect, however, the clients expectations were exceeded by the ease in which Peter communicated with them. Nothing was too much trouble, their questions where always answered concisely and concerns alleviated with Peter’s knowledge and expertise. Upon returning home they found the build was on schedule and were impressed with the way in which their block was kept neat & tidy as Peter was building in an established area and had neighbours to consider. The access to the block wasn’t easy either, yet Peter managed this aspect well.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]
This home was specifically designed around the Moreton Bay views. Upon entering the home you are drawn to the kitchen which is the centre point of the home and has great views over the bay. The large family are looking forward to spending their time back in Australia enjoying their new home. They say that even though they were oversea, Peter made their built very easy and enjoyable.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
