Our Process:

Our Process offers you an overview of how we the plan through your building project. We are confident you will be pleased with your new building project, since 80% of our work comes from repeat business or personal recommendations from previous clients. We attribute this to Peter Jones’ unsurpassed dedication to providing quality workmanship in all work undertaken using quality materials and drawing from his vast reservoir of experience, from concept through to completion.

Pre-Build Stage:

Peter Jones will deal with designs and quoting, as well as supervising the entire project to completion. You will meet with Peter to discuss your site and any special requirements.

Renovations and Extensions Process: We meet on site to discuss current problems and possible outcomes. Working with a Designer-Builder means you are presented with different options, with pros and cons of each option. Then you can decide which suits your budget and lifestyle best.

Design Stage:

A practical plan is then drawn up to suit budget, site and personal requirements. An initial costing is done on plan, and changed as needed.

When you are happy with this plan and costings, Peter will organise master drafting, engineering and building certification. We always use Master Builders’ contracts.

After the initial plan and costing, we meet to alter and amend the plans as needed by you.

We are happy to make changes as many times as needed – until you are 100% happy with your new home design.

A Colour Consultant will assist you with colour selection inside and outside the home, such as choice of tiles and paint colours.

Construction Stage:

Once all is approved, the foundations are started onsite. We value your input at every stage. You will have regular meetings onsite with the Builder to discuss progress and any concerns. Once completed, we arrange an onsite meeting to ensure all building projects are complete and your are satisfied with quality and finish of the building.
